The Williamsburg location was named after its former tenant, Peter Kuper of B & B Meat Market, who ran the neighborhood butcher shop with his wife Lucy since 1969.Arnon Magal
In 2007, Arnon Magal started the new Rotisserie Chicken concept with his brother, Executive Chef Omri Magal (Le Cordon Bleu, Paris) and his wife (former IBM consultant) Melissa Landrum Magal.Tom Galis
Coincidentally, Tom’s family migrated from Greece in 1969 where their first apartment was just a block away on 9th Ave and 45th Street. Tom’s career as a New York restaurant operator spans fifteen years. His most recent achievements include: Executive Vice President of Café Metro and proprietor of critically acclaimed burger chain goodburger.
